Does my wig come Ready to wear with styling and bleached knots etc?

Absolutely, Yes. This can also include having your lace pre-cut and adding layers.

Yes, the wig will be fully customised and ready to wear.

What is The Around You Fit Kit ™ ?

The Around You Fit Kit ™ is included in the Bespoke Experience and removes the anxiety of buying a wig that doesn't fit well and colour that looks completely different from the website. The kit includes a custom cap using your measurements (without hair initially) and custom colour samples based on the inspo pictures. These do not need to be returned I will have a copy of it all.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, If you would prefer to spread out the cost interest free, I can set up installments for you so you can pay monthly. (2-4 months). (This increases the timeline for completion by 4-8 weeks depending on payment plan length.)

What does Unprocessed Hair mean?

Unprocessed hair is hair that has not been chemically or steam processed. It hasn’t been dyed previously which means when we custom colour it we are able to lift the hair to the lightest blonde without the hair being damaged.

What do I need to know before Investing in a Bespoke Wig?

Nothing. You do not need to be an expert in hair types, bleaching, styling, cutting hair, cap construction etc. I am the expert and my main job is to save you the hassle. The only thing you need to bring to a consultation is your hairloss story/journey.

Is there an assurance that I am investing in high quality hair ?

Over the course of 2 years we have tested multiple hair vendors, we work with only reliable vendors, as you understand we put our reputation on the line too.

If I order a wig and down the line I would like a colour change is that possible?

Yes, absolutely. We would be happy to create a new colour for you.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

You will access to delivery options whether DHL or Royail Mail.
